You may find that as time goes on, you feel really dizzy and your health going down; this is because of living a bad social life. Even if you do not smoke yourself, you can be taking in the smoke that your friends are smoking which can be really bad for your lungs. Make sure that your social life is filled with people who do not choose bad vices in life.

You may know of some people who isolate themselves because they have just given up on this world and they would rather be all alone. However, isolation can make one really sad and more depressed than ever and this can be really bad for your health because it can be tearing you down. You may have seen some people who are timid and really shy and this is because they need to be exposed more to people because people can really help you. A person can not do much if he or she is alone but when they are with other people, they can really do so much.
